General description
The design of shelf racks from Top Logistics Solutions has inherited all the advantages of pallet racks, namely high loads per section, multifunctionality and durability. The minimum number of fastening elements, a simple system assembly scheme optimizes the period and costs of installation work. All system elements have a high-quality powder coating or are made of galvanized steel. The rack shelf structure consists of two frames that are connected to each other by special crossbars with hooks. Different types of shelves will be placed on the crossbars depending on the storage conditions of the goods (chipboard, metal, or perforated). If it is necessary to extend the row, each subsequent section will be attached, that is, have only one crossbar frame and shelf. Perforation on the frame posts allows you to set the required height between the shelves and subsequently change it if necessary.
Combined shelf and pallet racking
This is a combination of shelf and pallet racking in one design. The design is made on the basis of pallet frames, on the lower tiers of which there are shelves for storing various goods that require manual processing. The upper tiers are full-fledged pallet places. This type of racking is perfect for large shopping malls, warehouses and enterprises, where various goods are stored at the same time - from small products to large batches of goods on pallets.

Load distribution: Distribute the load evenly on each level, avoiding overloading any one spot. Follow the maximum distributed load for each tier specified in the instructions.
From heavy to light: place heavy items in the lower compartments and light items in the upper ones.
Gradual increase in height: set the levels at the same height or with a gradual increase from the bottom to the top. The distance between the bottom shelves should be no more than 80 cm, and from the floor to the lower ceiling - 10-15 cm.
Installation savings: requiring only one rack for two adjacent sections can be cost-effective.
Structural rigidity: to increase this parameter, use additional jumpers.
Level floor: ensure the floor is level to avoid deformation of the metal structure.
