Types of sorting systems

Belt sorter
The belt sorter uses a set of narrow strips to move the object. Additionally, to ensure the unloading of the goods, the sorter is equipped with lifting rollers with a high coefficient of friction. They allow the load to be thrown from the conveyor to the right or left at an angle of 90°. The constant contact of the sorting line with the object ensures maximum accuracy of transportation, which affects the reliability of sorting.

Goods sorter
A goods sorter is an automated device for sorting goods based on orders. The load is placed on large rectangular carriages manually or automatically. At the desired location, the carriage dumps the load on it in one direction or another (right or left). The sorter can be oval, U-shaped or linear. The design depends on the available installation space, as well as the number of channels, the optimally required destination slots and the system performance. The goods sorter allows you to provide several sorting areas with just one cycle.

Distribution sorter
Consists of conveyor modules and solutions that allow you to get a sorter of any size with a certain functionality. The modular design allows you to quickly and cheaply modify and reconfigure, i.e. replace any element, and expand the system. To change the direction of movement of objects, a high-performance 24V rotary module is used, the additional advantage of which is low noise. After changing the direction, the cargo can continue moving at an angle of 30 °, 45 ° or 90 ° to the main line. Dump slots are available in several versions - for example, as end stations using gravity conveyors or buffer zone conveyors. The system does not require a pneumatic installation. Changing the direction of the rollers in the crossover is carried out using an electric drive.
