General description
Mezzanine racking makes excellent use of vertical space by creating levels and aisles at different heights of the racking structure for handling goods, which employees can access via stairs or automated mechanisms. It is the ideal solution for maximizing warehouse height and increasing order picking efficiency. This multi-tiered storage system is a necessary solution in situations where horizontal space is no longer available or is limited.
This multifunctional solution can be made on the basis of pallet or shelf racks depending on the customer's requirements. It is also possible to combine shelf and pallet storage in a single design. The systems are suitable for storing various goods and trade items in warehouses, since each tier has the possibility of individual service, and mixing of types of products for storage can occur.

Types of mezzanine structures
Shelving mezzanine
Mezzanine racks for warehouses are a complex multi-tiered system built on the basis of pallet and shelf racks. They are divided by floors into several levels and are equipped with convenient fences, stairs, and for large objects - a lift and elevators. These racks consist of frame frames of a certain height, reinforced with traverses, horizontal shelves and inclined mounts. Platforms serve as floors and decks for the movement of warehouse personnel.

Combined mezzanine
Combined mezzanine racks are designed for both pallet and shelf storage of goods. Usually, pallet storage areas are located along the perimeter of the structure, and places for manual handling of goods are located in the middle. Such mezzanines are created on the basis of pallet rack frames, and accordingly have greater strength and load capacity.

Mezzanine on columns
Column-supported mezzanine is another type of mezzanine design. Unlike frame-supported mezzanine, this design does not have platforms on each floor, but instead uses columns to support the floors. The columns can be located around the perimeter of the mezzanine or in the center, depending on the layout of the room and the storage requirements. Column-supported mezzanines are typically used in areas where space is limited and more flexible access to the different levels of the mezzanine is required.

Shelving construction

Each floor is equipped with lighting, handrails, stairs, gates and many other options. It is indispensable in the design and manufacture for many non-standard industrial tasks. Room communications: lighting, wiring, ventilation and fire extinguishing systems, can be directly integrated into the storage system profile.
