Types of conveyor solutions

POP-UP type module
Pop-Up is used to redirect cargo to a line set at an angle of 30 ° or 45 ° to the main direction. When entering the zone of change of direction of movement, objects are lifted on rollers by an electric motor, and then moved at a set angle. As a result, the cargo is redirected in the direction of the required movement.
Transfer reset to perpendicular line
A type of conveyor junction that redirects cargo from a main line to a perpendicular line. The cargo is first lifted on skids and redirected in the desired direction using belts. As a result, the cargo being transported changes direction. Perpendicular lines can be constructed from drive or gravity conveyors.

Transfer reset to parallel line
A type of conveyor interchange that transfers a load from a main line to a parallel line. To ensure that the load is transferred correctly, the transfer uses extended runners that extend into the frame of the adjacent conveyor. Parallel lines are made up of zone conveyors in which the drive starts the transmission when the load is completely placed on the conveyor surface.
Double-sided rotary module
The rotary module is used to redirect cargo on lines installed at an angle of 30 °, 45 ° or 90 °. When the cargo approaches the zone of the conveyor line junction, the rollers are turned to an angle corresponding to the desired direction, and the cargo moves further in the required branch. In the case when the cargo must continue moving along the main line, the rollers remain in a position corresponding to the direction of movement.
